Technology Product Sourcing Internship (Virtual/Remote)

Key Responsibilities: 

• Research Skills: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential suppliers, analyze market trends, and discover new product opportunities. Stay updated with industry developments, particularly in AI and technology. 
• Good Communication Skills: Utilize your verbal and written communication skills to engage with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders. Effectively communicate sourcing strategies and build professional relationships within the team and externally. 
• Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills: Manage and track large volumes of data, product information, and supplier details accurately. Stay organized and detail-oriented while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.  
• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office: A basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, tracking metrics, and creating reports. Experience in Word and PowerPoint is also essential for creating documents, presentations, and internal communications. 
• Team Player with a Learning Mindset: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on sourcing and supply chain projects. Exhibit a strong willingness to learn new sourcing techniques and actively contribute to team goals. 
• A Focused Interest in Sourcing: Show a genuine interest in product sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain operations. Be motivated to understand supply chain dynamics and contribute meaningfully to sourcing strategies. 

Academic Background: 

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in technology, Electronics & Communications, EEE, Business, Supply Chain Management, or any related field. 

Requirements: 

• Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. 
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
• Highly motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive attitude and a desire to contribute to a team-oriented work environment. 
• Working Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to use these tools effectively for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
